How I do it

My record till now: 90 min, lost 1011 calories, in 11 km. I run every second day, not less than 1 hour.

Of course this is not me... But just to show you what I mean by running. This is how I do it, cause my mother won't let me run outside --'
  Even I'm not that close to the nature by running on a thing like that I love to run. And I love the fact that I can think about stuff, distract myself from the bad things in my life, I can listen to Ed Sheeran (mostly) and to lose some weight. Yes, cause I'm not the person I want to be and since some weeks I took my ideas for real and now I'm working on my body. It's not only good to lose some weight, but also a very good way to keep myself fit.
